The Universal law of attraction states that like attracts like. We are beings made of energy and the things we think about, whether consciously or subconsciously, attract into our lives and create our reality.
Positive vibrations can change our health, relationships, success, finances, and really every aspect of our life.
Simply put, when you continuously have positive thoughts and feelings, you attract more good things into your life. When you are happy and feeling good, you are vibrating positive energy.

The law of manifestation is one of the 7 sub-laws of attraction and one of the most popular ones. When you are trying to manifest something into your life, it is certain things in your life or aspects of your life.
It’s not as simple as just thinking positively, and things will change. That is really just wishful thinking. You also need to take INSPIRED ACTION toward those goals.
There are many different manifestation techniques to practice on a daily basis to ensure you’re transforming those feelings and thoughts into reality.
A real-life example for me was manifesting my daughter. My fiance and I had already been together for 5 years at this point, and I brought up many times over the years that I wanted to try for a baby. However, he wasn’t ready. In January 2021, I did a 21-day manifesting meditation challenge. My manifestation was that I wanted to have a baby. Specifically a baby girl with brown hair and blue eyes (my Fiance is blonde with blue eyes). During that month of the challenge, I was consistently meditating every day. Focusing on what my daughter would look like, how it would feel to be a mom, what our life would look like, etc. In May 2021, I found out I was pregnant! in February 2022 my daughter was born. Brown hair with blue/ grey eyes!
If you genuinely believe with your heart and do the work on your mindset and belief system, you will create positive vibes throughout your physical reality.
You can change your job, create financial abundance, a loving relationship, a child, a new home, better health, etc. You can manifest anything into your life you desire.
Law Of Attraction Steps
Many activities are used to practice the laws of attraction and use them to manifest our dream life. Before we dive into the different actions you can take, here are some essential steps that many people don’t talk about, yet they are some of the most important steps to giving you positive results.
The first step: for any of these practices to work is by surrendering the timeline and the outcome of your manifestation to the universe. The universe will give it to you when it is of the highest good for all.
You cannot try to control the outcome of when things will happen or exactly what you will receive. If you try to control your manifestations, it will not happen.
You need to believe that it is happening and that the universe is working in your favor. You will be surprised that what you receive is what you asked for or even better then what you could have imagined.
The second step: is to figure out what it is you want to manifest. When I say figure it out, I mean in specific detail.
For example… when I was manifesting my daughter, I was thinking of the details of how she might look, the feelings of holding her and loving her, I pictured us walking her to preschool together, holding hands. The more specific and detailed you can be, the better!
-another example: maybe you really want a new car. Decide precisely what make and model you want, what color, picture yourself sitting in the car and the feelings it gives you when driving it, think about that new car smell, etc.
The third step: is to clear your limiting beliefs. Not wholeheartedly believing in yourself or your manifestations will block you from receiving them.
This is where a lot of people go wrong and say it’s not working for them. It’s because they have limiting beliefs. Those limiting beliefs will actually bring negative things into your life. Great things will happen when you get rid of those limiting beliefs.
The last step: is to take inspired action. You can not say what it is you want, sit back, do nothing, and expect your manifestations to happen. The law of attraction does not work that way.
You still need to take action. Inspired action, to be exact. When you surrender to the guidance of the universe, you trust that it is guiding you in the right direction to align you with your desire.
When you get a feeling, an idea, or a plan that feels right and is aligned with your desire, that is the universe guiding you. Do not overthink it. Take action.
How To Practice The Law Of Attraction
Now that you have surrendered the timeline, cleared limiting beliefs, and decided what you want to manifest in your life. You can now start the spiritual practices that will put those intentions into the universe.
